Doctronic is seeking a Paid Media Manager in New York City or California to own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more. You will structure, test, and scale channels, guiding creative with internal and external teams and delivering insights to leadership.

You will manage budgets, run experiments, ensure HIPAA-compliant tracking, and partner with analytics to report on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years running paid acquisition across SEM, paid social, and other channels, with direct budget ownership.
• Hands on in at least two of Google, Meta, TikTok, connected TV, and direct mail; eager to learn others.
• Strong analytical capabilities; able to run numbers independently.
• Adept at how AI can help media planning, buying, and optimization.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment with large budgets.
• Direct communicator who shares informed recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution across live channels: structure, budgets, bidding, and optimization.
• Design and drive experiments to uncover growth opportunities.
• Ensure privacy-first tracking within HIPAA-compliant limits; collaborate with marketing engineering.
• Propose and execute diversification of channel mix to unlock growth.
• Write briefs for creative teams and share results to inform next rounds.
• Own testing framework and apply learnings to future work.
• Ensure all creative passes clinical review.
• Lead reporting with analytics to measure impact and guide budgeting decisions.
