Job summary

Rugiet Health is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid social from prospecting to retargeting across Meta and TikTok in a remote-first team. You will manage multi-million-dollar monthly budgets, partner with creative to build a high-velocity testing engine, and track CAC, incrementality, and revenue per dollar spent.

You think like a strategist but operate like an analyst, constantly optimizing performance and scaling efficiently in a regulated healthcare context.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance marketing with 3+ years managing high-scale Paid Social directly.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (AppLovin a plus).
• Experience managing $50M+ in annual ad spend with measurable efficiency outcomes.
• Advanced analytics skills — Excel/Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent; you build your own dashboards.
• Proven track record running structured A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audience, and bidding.
• D2C subscription and/or telehealth experience strongly preferred.
• Regulated industry or telemedicine background is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Paid Social Execution: manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels from prospecting to retargeting.
• Budget & Efficiency: handle 7-figure monthly budgets with CAC targets and scaling.
• Creative Strategy & Testing: develop hypotheses, design tests, analyze results, and feed the loop.
• Attribution & Analytics: sharpen models and measure true incrementality; build dashboards.
• Landing Page Optimization: collaborate with Digital Product to improve post-click conversion.
• Compliance: ensure all creative and targeting comply with FDA, FTC, and HIPAA requirements.
