Doctronic seeks a Paid Media Manager to own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, CTV, direct mail, and more. You will structure and scale channels, guide creative development, and report insights to leadership in a fast-paced, regulated setting.

You will manage budgets, run experiments, ensure privacy-first measurement, and collaborate with internal/external teams to drive growth. Hybrid NYC or remote CA options are available.

Formación

• 7+ years running paid acquisition across SEM, paid social, and other channels
• Hands-on in two or more channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, CTV, direct mail)
• Strong analytical capabilities to run numbers independently
• Adept at using AI to aid media planning, buying, and optimization
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with large budgets
• Direct communicator who shares informed recommendations

Responsabilidades

• Run and scale paid efforts across all channels with budget ownership and optimization
• Design and drive experiments to uncover growth opportunities
• Work within health-category tracking limits and coordinate with marketing engineering on measurability
• Propose and implement new channel mix strategies and scale them
• Write briefs for creative teams and guide testing structure
• Own reporting and budget planning in partnership with analytics lead, including incrementality testing
