Job summary

Acquisition LLC is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own paid media campaigns from strategy and setup through optimization, measurement, and reporting. The role starts with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and expands to Google, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Spotify, and Amazon based on performance.

You will lead a hands-on, senior IC role, partnering with marketing teams to drive CAC, ROAS, and profitability while building a disciplined testing practice and clear performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ hands-on paid media experience owning Meta campaigns and at least one additional major platform.
• Advanced analytical ability across advertising platforms, GA4, dashboards, and business data.
• Hands-on experience implementing and auditing pixels, conversion APIs, UTM structures, conversion events, and server-side tracking.
• Demonstrated discipline in designing, running, and documenting experiments.
• Clear, leadership-ready communication skills and practical use of AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media campaigns from planning and launch through daily optimization, beginning with Meta and expanding to additional channels based on performance and business needs.
• Analyze channel and blended performance to improve CAC, ROAS, lead quality, revenue, and profitability while keeping spend on pace.
• Maintain reliable measurement across pixels, tags, UTMs, conversion events, conversion APIs, server-side tracking, dashboards, and attribution analysis.
• Run a documented testing roadmap across creative, audiences, bidding, offers, landing pages, and funnels in partnership with creative, copy, and performance stakeholders.
• Deliver clear performance reporting, surface risks and opportunities early, monitor platform changes, and use AI tools where they measurably improve speed or quality.
