Job summary

Moore Home Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Residential HVAC, Plumbing, Drains, and Electrical divisions in the Santa Rosa area. You will drive sales processes, optimize operations, and build high-performing teams while improving profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes training, performance management, and data-driven improvements, with collaboration across departments to scale service-driven growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in operations leadership within field service or similar industries.
• Proven track record in improving sales processes and revenue.
• Experience managing budgets and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of service ops, scheduling, and project mgmt.
• CRM/ERP/dispatch software familiarity; ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Excellent decision-making and communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve sales processes across HVAC, Plumbing, Drains, and Electrical departments from inquiry to service completion.
• Drive revenue growth by monitoring KPIs and implementing scalable processes.
• Develop and deliver sales training and performance coaching for managers and tech teams.
• Partner with leadership to execute strategies for revenue, gross profit, and customer retention.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations for efficient workflow and great customer experiences.
• Analyze revenue, gross profit, conversion, ticket size, labor utilization, and service performance.
