Kambrian is a high-growth IT value-added reseller to business and government customers. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Ops manager who is responsive, enthusiastic, and flexible to help grow our business.

This position provides excellent learning and professional growth opportunities. The role includes Sales Operations tasks such as responding to RFQ/RFPs, managing AR and invoicing, sourcing from vendors, ensuring on-time drop-ships, and maintaining customer records for campaigns.

Qualifications

• A 4-year college degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute.
• Must be flexible to take on new tasks in a fast-changing environment.
• Must be organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be good with numbers.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and escalate customer issues.
• Must be creative in solving issues because every situation is different.
• Must have excellent communications and customer skills to build trust and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond timely to RFQ/RFPs from customers by due date and with attention to details; create accurate invoicing and prompt payment (AR).
• Source products from IT manufacturers and distributors and obtain quotes; ensure on-time drop-shipments from distributors; verify invoices from vendors (AP).
• Maintain customer records in database for marketing campaign rollout.
