Job summary

Ampacity is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the sales team by keeping contracts, orders, and handoffs organized. You will learn sales operations, build reporting and process-management skills, and work with experienced sales leaders to keep projects moving smoothly.

The role rewards a detail-oriented, organized candidate who can juggle multiple tasks and learn quickly. Entry-level opportunity with room to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel and data handling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Track and organize contract requests, checklists, and required documents (COIs, lien waivers, etc.).
• Process and monitor sales orders to ensure accurate, timely execution.
• Coordinate project handoffs between Sales, Operations, and Accounting, capturing details like timelines, contacts, and milestones.
• Pull and organize sales reports and forecasting data from NetSuite.
• Support sales team meetings by organizing agendas, notes, and follow-up items.
• Help maintain and update sales team SOPs and playbooks.
• Track project start and completion dates for commissions and customer follow-up.
• Assist with tracking sales forecasts, estimates, and probabilities.
