Responsibilities

• Provides and communicates accurate information to the customer and internally to maintain a high-level service.
• Ensures effective communication with designated order entry team members, sharing relevant information and addressing questions.
• Accurately tracks and traces loads and escalates any issues to the Operations Manager if necessary.
• Seeks opportunities to grow business and foster stronger customer connections.
• Schedules pickup and delivery appointments with customers in a timely manner.
• Works with team members to solve problems.
