Come join the MVT family!!! MVT is now hiring Account Managers for our team in El Paso, TX!

An Account Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations and maintaining positive relationships with assigned customers. This involves effectively communicating with customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and addressing any issues that may arise. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and works closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.

Pay: $40,000 per year + Aggressive bonus structure in place!

Responsibilities

• Provides and communicates accurate information to the customer and internally to maintain a high-level service.
• Ensures effective communication with designated order entry team members. This includes providing clear instructions, sharing relevant information, and promptly addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
• Accurately tracks and traces loads and uses all tolls provided with MSLV; and escalates any issues to the Operations Manager if necessary.
• Seeks out opportunities to grow business and foster stronger customer connections.
• Schedules pickup and delivery appointments with customers in a timely manner.
• Works with team members to solve problems.
