Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying new freight, lanes, and service opportunities.
• Coordinate transportation solutions from rate management through successful execution.
• Build lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that add value for customers.
• Monitor account performance, service levels, and KPIs.
• Negotiate rates and service expectations while balancing customer needs and company goals.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and carrier partners to keep freight moving efficiently.
