Job summary

Down To Earth Landscape & Irrigation is seeking an Enhancement Account Manager to lead landscape improvement projects for existing and prospective clients throughout a Florida territory. You will partner with maintenance and operations teams to design, price, and present enhancement plans that add value to properties.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, on-time delivery, and high-quality results. Strong communication and leadership are essential in coordinating with field teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; landscaping or related field a plus.
• 3–5 years in landscaping, enhancement sales, or client-facing roles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, estimating tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and sell landscape enhancement opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients through regular visits and proactive recommendations.
• Develop enhancement scopes, pricing, and proposals with operations and estimating teams.
• Present plans clearly and professionally, addressing client objectives and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Monitor progress and client satisfaction throughout each project.
• Track sales activity and performance using CRM.
