Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Enhancement Manager to oversee landscape enhancement projects from bidding through execution across multiple teams. You will manage budgets, lead Enhancement Field Managers, and collaborate with clients to ensure profitable, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes safety, strong customer service, and effective communication while advancing branch and company performance goals. A field leadership background and sales experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Safety-first mindset aligned with regulations and safe work practices.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience managing production teams and staff development.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on production management across multiple service projects.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in last 3 years.
• Proven sales and customer service experience with direct client interaction.
• Experience estimating enhancement work and developing competitive proposals.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day enhancement operations across multiple teams, including estimating, scheduling, color programs, procurement, logistics, job costing, and billing.
• Provide leadership to Enhancement Field Managers and crews, ensuring policy alignment and performance expectations.
• Monitor job costs and profitability, ensuring quality standards across crews.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address client concerns, plus performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and site visits.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying client needs and partnering with leadership to secure new work.
• Maintain documentation including sales tracking, job packages, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
• Support branch facilities, fleet, and equipment to reflect company standards and ensure safety.
