Qualifications

• Lead frontline teams to achieve quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Ability to plan production, estimate costs, and manage materials costs.
• Experience hiring and training crew members in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape quality audits with clients and Account Manager.
• Create detailed client service plans using Aspire software.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and crew members on client jobsites.
• Identify production improvements and training needs for crews.
• Contribute to profitability through monthly operations planning and cost control.
