Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate degree or relevant experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of landscaping installation including lighting, irrigation, and drainage.
• Experience managing crews that perform landscape services.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing, planning, and implementation of enhancement projects.
• Supervise enhancement service activities and manage quality control.
• Hire, train and develop enhancement crews to work efficiently and safely.

Skills

Landscape installation knowledge

Crew management experience

Ability to read construction drawings

Proficiency in Crew Mobile and Aspire scheduling

Spanish language knowledge

Education

Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related major
