Job summary

Lockton is seeking an experienced Client Services professional in Houston to manage designated client book of business related to marketing, claims, and administration. You will respond to inquiries, document communications, and support new lines of coverage by coordinating with clients and carriers.

You will gather exposure information, request and review quotes, process audits, and ensure policy accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three to seven years of client services experience.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to comply with policies and protect confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated client book of business in marketing, claims, and administration.
• Respond to client inquiries and document communications and resolutions.
• Support new lines of coverage by coordinating with client and carrier.
• Gather exposure information, loss runs, and client stratifications.
• Request quotes from carriers and review quotes and endorsements.
• Process audits, create audit analyses, and update policy information.
• Bind coverage under supervision and inform clients of changes.
• Input client data into data management system accurately.
• Prepare materials for client presentations and meetings.
• Coordinate with Producer and Accounting on billing and collections.
• Research industry trends and regulations.
