Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in health & welfare/employee benefits carrier or brokerage/consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage health & welfare client services, marketing, vendor management, and administration.
• Support account executive with client meetings and renewals.
• Prepare proposals and bid responses.
• Ensure contracts and documents are executed on time.
• Review SPD, contracts for accuracy.
• Coordinate implementation with carriers.
• Prepare enrollment materials and communications.
• Maintain compliance with disclosure and agreements.
