Job summary

Galleher Industries in Kaufman, TX is seeking a Hybrid Inside/Outside Sales Representative to manage quotes, orders, and accounts in the Dallas–Fort Worth region.

You will travel locally, partner with operations, and support both OEM and distributor accounts, measuring success by customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Experience in industrial sales, proficiency with NetSuite, and a drive to upsell and improve processes are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside/outside sales or customer service in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong phone and email communication with multiple customer interactions daily.
• Comfortable face-to-face selling in plant/shop environments.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to regional travel.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries with quotes and order entries.
• Follow up on leads to drive order conversions.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records including pipeline and orders.
• Coordinate with operations for on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Assist with walk-in customers, returns, and AR support.
• Represent Galleher at regional trade shows when needed.
• Plan customer visits and document outcomes and next steps.
• Collaborate with outside reps on shared accounts.
