Job summary

Magnatex Pumps, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our gasket, fastener, and hose business. This role will maintain and grow customer support and sales, and assist in the re-engagement of potentially lost customers.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, detail orientation, and a background in customer service. The position is full-time, with Monday–Friday hours and occasional evenings or weekend work as duties demand; training and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication is required.
• High school diploma; customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails.
• Research and quote parts and/or services for customers.
• Order parts and manage pricing and gross profit.
• Communicate receipt of parts to customers.
• Assist in inventory maintenance of service parts.
• Assist in accuracy and timeliness of billing for parts service.
• Support customer retention and engagement.
• Generate leads for service and sales.
