Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customers with parts solutions and day-to-day account needs in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You will serve as the primary contact for inquiries, quotes, and orders, delivering timely responses and excellent service.

You will collaborate with internal teams to match customer needs with products and services, prepare accurate quotes, enter orders in CRM/ERP, and ensure follow-up on all requests to keep orders moving

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or related roles preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort working with technical or product-based information and data.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, including remote accounts.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales through proactive outreach.
• Prepare accurate quotes, pricing and process orders in CRM/ERP.
• Review customer history to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align needs with solutions.
• Ensure timely follow-up on quotes, orders, and requests.
