Virginia Green is seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales Coordinator to support the inside sales team with reporting, system management, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on analyzing sales performance data, managing the Five9 dialer, and handling administrative tasks like data updates and list management.

Minimum education is a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing or business preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage deadlines and schedules.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to generate and analyze reports; experience with SQL and data visualization is a plus.
• Must be able to multitask and learn new systems as needed.
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inside sales reports by collecting and summarizing data for management.
• Administer and maintain the Five9 dialer system and manage campaign lists.
• Update missing/incomplete data for incoming web estimates.
• Create campaign lists for services, unsold leads, and cancellations.
• Perform CRM tasks related to account changes and workflow assignments.
• Analyze call volume and sales performance to report insights to the sales manager.
• Handle elevated call logs and administrative tasks around sales assignments.
• Collaborate with other departments and branch managers on inside sales efforts.
• Assist other departments as needed and support ongoing training for the team.
