Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to drive referral growth and admissions, building strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other care providers. The role requires deep knowledge of post-acute care, payer sources, and a patient-centered approach.

You will manage relationships, educate providers on eligibility and transitions, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven success in healthcare sales, preferably home health or post-acute care.
• Strong understanding of eligibility, referrals, and payer sources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across the territory.
• Present and promote home health services to physicians and discharge planners.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into referrals.
• Educate providers on benefits, eligibility, and admission criteria.
• Coordinate with clinical/ops teams to ensure smooth admissions and patient satisfaction.
• Attend meetings and contribute to branch targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain CRM records and report outcomes regularly.
