Triumvirate Environmental in Somerville, MA seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new business, build long-term client relationships, and deliver tailored environmental solutions.

You will network, prospect, and close deals, leveraging industry knowledge and your sales acumen to grow our presence in higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science or Environmental Studies is required.
• 3+ years sales experience, preferably in Environmental Services.
• Experience selling to Industrial Manufacturing or Life Sciences markets.
• Self-starter with urgency to close.
• Willingness to travel regionally; valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Stay informed on market trends and industry developments to network effectively.
• Collaborate with sales peers to generate referrals and prospects.
• Cold-call and qualify potential clients aligned with Triumvirate’s profile.
• Master and sell all Triumvirate service lines.
• Utilize CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and interactions.
• Maintain high sales activity to meet targets in the assigned region.
