The role requires strategic prospecting, selling multiple service lines, and partnering with technical and operations teams to deliver high-value solutions. Travel up to 40% and maintain regulatory compliant, customer-focused sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, environmental science or environmental studies.
• 5–7+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Experience with the Consultative Sales methodology.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance/regulations.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the WOW to Triumvirate’s customers and stakeholders.
• Master and sell all service lines, partnering with internal teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Conduct strategic prospecting using referrals and industry events.
• Cold call new prospective companies that match the target profile.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to offer strategic advice.
• Build enduring relationships with key decision-makers across Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Higher Education and Healthcare.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, track progress and ensure accountability.
• Maintain high levels of sales activity in the assigned region; travel ~40%.
