Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to fuel growth by building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored environmental solutions.

You will master Triumvirate’s service lines, prospect across North America, and lead strategic deals with Life Sciences, Healthcare, Higher Education and Manufacturing clients. A 5–7+ year consultative sales background and knowledge of environmental regulations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science or Environmental Studies.
• 5-7+ years of successful consultative sales experience, preferably within the Environmental Services industry.
• Experience with the Consultative Sales methodology.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance, regulations, or the desire to become a subject matter expert.
• Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the WOW to Triumvirate’s internal and external customers.
• Master and sell all of Triumvirate’s service lines, partnering with internal technical and operations teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Conduct strategic prospecting including leveraging referrals and networking at industry events and trade shows.
• Cold call new prospective companies that match our target customer profile.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments to offer tailored, strategic advice.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Higher Education, and Healthcare.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, track progress and ensure accountability.
• Maintain a high level of sales activity in an assigned region.
• Regional travel required 40% of the time to meet clients and attend conferences.
