• Lead analytics strategy, data infrastructure and product analytics teams.
• Bridge CX metrics and OPEX outcomes across digital assistance channels.

• Lead rigorous experimentation and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Coach and mentor analysts to develop talent across Capital One.
• Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently.
