• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years of quantitative analysis experience
• Minimum 5 years of qualitative analysis experience
• At least 3 years of people management experience
• At least 3 years of project management experience

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Lead product pricing strategies and data modeling for lending products.
• Direct-to-consumer marketing leadership and insights for new customer experiences.
