Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Business Analytics for the Assistance & AI team to lead analytics strategy, data infrastructure, and product analytics. You will bridge CX metrics and operational outcomes across digital assistance and self-service channels, building scalable measurement frameworks and driving data-backed business decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics strategy and implementation plans for Capital One’s Assistance & AI initiatives.
• Lead a team of business and data analysts to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Tech, Operations and Finance to improve CX, OPEX, and profitability.
• Oversee delivery of multiple projects and programs with a data-driven approach.
• Communicate findings to executives with clarity and impact.
