Parker Hannifin is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Chicopee, MA to serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with field sales. You will identify upsell opportunities and drive growth through strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with prior customer service or inside sales experience, and familiarity with Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media with professionalism and care.
• Troubleshoot product/service issues and ensure prompt resolution (with the help of Operations, Quality, Field Sales).
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain CRM (Salesforce.com) records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex service requests.
• Process Purchase Orders, build Invoices, coordinate product sample requests.
• Proactively engage existing customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
• Promote and upsell relevant products or services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns by following up on inbound leads and converting interest into sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
