Responsibilities

• Direct contact with external customers and Parker salespeople.
• Provide customer price quotations and process credits.
• Keep appropriate departments informed of customer requirements and problem areas.
• Process internal and external emails, schedules and releases promptly.
• Enter customer's purchase orders via mainframe.
• Enter customer complaints and ATRs.
