This full-time role requires daily interaction with customers, processing orders, returns, and credit items, while upholding ISO 9001:2015 standards and safety policies. Candidates should have prior customer service experience and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and computer experience are required.
• Two years of customer service and sales experience and warehouse experience are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.
• Work with the accounting department to resolve disputed credit items.
• Provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
• Uphold Hyspeco safety and ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined in quality procedures and processes.
