Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Field Sales for resolutions.
• Document interactions in CRM (Salesforce) accurately.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex service requests.
• Process purchase orders, build invoices, and coordinate product sample requests.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to meet customer needs.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and pursue sales opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns by following up on inbound leads.
