Job summary

TUSHY is seeking a Creative Strategist to turn insight into scroll-stopping creative that sells bidets across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. You will own paid creative across channels and guide testing, briefs, and optimization to deliver measurable results.

You'll work at the intersection of data and ideas, collaborating with Growth and Brand leads, shaping full-funnel concepts, and ensuring every asset stays on-brand and performance-driven while moving the conversation forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative strategy or growth roles.
• Proven track record briefing and optimizing paid creative on Meta and TikTok.
• Portfolio with performance-driven work.
• Fluent in paid social and growth marketing.
• Analytical mindset with data-to-creative translation.

Responsibilities

• Own paid creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
• Write sharp briefs with testing goals and actionable insights.
• Direct the creative team for static and full-funnel video assets.
• Shape brand concepts and stretch into full-funnel campaigns.
• Analyze performance and scale the winners quickly.
• Guard the brand voice and ensure assets stay on-brand across surfaces.
• Turn performance data into recommendations for Growth and Brand.
