Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Controller to lead all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. This role partners with the CEO/CFO and senior management to guide strategy and ensure compliance.

Ideal candidate brings 5+ years in senior finance, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with QuickBooks and MS Office. The position offers growth, an equity path, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all company accounting practices, including budgeting, financial reporting and tax functions.
• Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts with senior management.
• Analyze trends and projections for future growth.
• Supervise cash management strategies.
• Develop and implement finance, accounting, and auditing procedures.
• Ensure internal controls and GAAP compliance.
