Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration required.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance or accounting role.
• Proven Financial Controller experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, reporting, and controls.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software; data manipulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual budgeting and planning; compare to actuals and explain variances.
• Manage accounting operations: Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost, Inventory, Revenue recognition.
• Coordinate preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variances.
• Publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and tax filings.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Develop and document accounting policies and internal controls.
• Perform additional controller duties as needed.
