Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Global Controller with a CPA for a growing tech firm. This role provides exposure to a diversified portfolio of software companies across international markets and a strong emphasis on US GAAP and technical accounting.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in senior accounting roles, CPA, and experience with multi-entity consolidation and complex audits in growth environments. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• CPA license or credential (active or inactive).
• 10+ years in progressive accounting roles (Controller or similar) with full close cycle experience and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including revenue recognition and business combinations; experience with audits and multi-entity consolidation.
• IFRS knowledge is a plus; Solen is a US C-corp, so US GAAP remains priority.
• Expertise in Sage Intacct, including multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations.
• Experience managing FX exposure and currency translation in a multi-entity environment; background in private equity or high-growth software/tech environments.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
