Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Financial Controller in California to join its Team. The role requires a minimum of five years’ experience in revenue control, financial reporting and cash handling, with proficiency in NetSuite/Oracle.

You’ll prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts and cash flow analyses while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy and financial performance. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of five years’ experience with revenue control, financial reporting and cash handling responsibilities.
• Must be proficient with NetSuite/Oracle.
• Ability to prepare monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and analyses.
• Adept at planning, organizing and controlling complex processes as well as analyzing moderately complex financial information.
• Experience with POS, cash and credit card reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and relationships.
