Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, or agricultural construction processes.
• Ability to build trust with contractors, architects, engineers, developers, or facility owners.
• Willingness to learn and use CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and strengthen relationships with general contractors, architects, developers, and owners.
• Stay connected to project pipelines within your territory to develop and close new project contracts.
• Represent FBi at industry events, trade associations, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and executive leadership.
