Job summary

Greystar in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a multifamily community. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, drive leasing and resident satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

You’ll partner with regional teams to optimize performance, oversee vendor relationships, and deliver strong financial results while maintaining high standards for safety, maintenance, and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations ensuring budgeted financial and operational goals are met.
• Lead property staff, hire, orient, train, and evaluate performance.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financials.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications with owners and accounting.
• Enforce lease terms, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with laws.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service requests promptly.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the property.
