Joseph Michaels International is seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist in the NYC area to expand community partnerships and increase patient access to home care services.

You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester, traveling locally to grow starts of care and meet monthly targets. This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• Experience in home care marketing or healthcare outreach.
• Proven ability to generate referrals or starts of care.
• Must have valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities in the territory.
• Represent the agency at community events and outreach initiatives.
• Educate partners on available home care services.
• Collaborate with intake to ensure smooth transition from referral to enrollment.
• Drive referral activity to achieve monthly growth goals.
• Manage territory independently with regular outreach and follow-ups.
