Job summary

Bradford Health Services in the United States is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth across the U.S. market.

You will identify and qualify new opportunities, engage potential clients, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline with the sales and marketing teams. The role requires proactive outreach, excellent communication, and the ability to understand client needs to position our behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably B2B.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
• Research and identify potential clients and market segments to target for business growth.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with target audiences.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and company offerings.
