Eden Capital Careers is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to expand community partnerships and improve patient access to home care services in NYC, Long Island, and Westchester. This salaried, on-site role focuses on building referral networks with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, and community organizations.

You will educate partners about available home care services, collaborate with the intake team to enroll new starts of care, and travel locally to grow

Competenze

• Experience in home care marketing or healthcare business development.
• Proven ability to generate referrals or starts of care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and manage an assigned territory.
• Existing relationships within NYC, Long Island, Westchester or surrounding healthcare communities are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, community organizations, and other referral sources.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
• Represent the agency at community events, healthcare offices, and outreach initiatives.
• Educate referral partners on available home care services.
• Collaborate with the intake team to ensure a smooth transition from referral to patient enrollment.
• Drive consistent referral activity that converts into new patient starts of care, meeting monthly growth goals.
• Manage your territory independently while maintaining regular outreach and follow-up activities.
