Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out about service — building real communication and relationship‑building skills every day
• Make outbound contacts daily across a range of campaigns, learning how data‑driven sales and marketing actually work
• Book and confirm appointments, and problem‑solve to recover no‑shows and reschedules
• Monitor and respond to AI‑assisted communications, getting hands‑on with the tools shaping the future of customer engagement
• Track your own performance against clear daily and weekly goals — learn to read metrics like a business owner would
• Represent your assigned dealership brand(s) with professionalism and confidence
