You will perform outbound outreach across campaigns, book and confirm appointments, and troubleshoot reschedules while utilizing AI‑assisted communications. Full training is provided to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduates or early‑career professionals — no prior automotive or BDC experience required.
• Strong communicator, comfortable on the phone and in writing.

• Coachable — someone who takes feedback well and takes ownership of their results.
• Comfortable picking up new software and tools quickly (we provide full training).
