You will conduct outbound outreach, qualify leads, and introduce our services while maintaining detailed CRM records and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and other channels to generate new interest
• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads to understand their goals and challenges
• Introduce our services and demonstrate their value to potential clients
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of outreach activities, lead statuses, and communications in CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from qualified lead to onboarding
