Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related field.
• MS or PhD preferred.
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 10 years professional laboratory operations with profit/loss accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead team, schedule, and train employees.
• Ensure adherence to high quality and efficiency standards in lab operations.
• Oversee budgeting, capital expenses, and cost control.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing for major studies and client needs.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental programs.
• Represent the lab in meetings and drive continuous improvement.
