Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to drive branch growth and profitability. You will lead loan and tax production, improve portfolio performance, and manage collections in a performance-driven environment.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, oversee operations, and maintain strong customer relationships while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products.
• Review, approve, and close loans within guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions.
