Job summary

World Finance is hiring a Branch Manager in an on-site role to drive loan production, tax-growth, and profitability. You will recruit and lead a high-performing team, nurture customer relationships, and manage delinquency with adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Compensation includes a base of $36,500 with performance-based bonus opportunities; earnings can significantly increase with portfolio growth and business results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• At least 1 year of management experience or completion of a management training program.
• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth or profitability goals.
• Experience making lending, collection, or portfolio decisions.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with outreach and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Review, approve, and close loans within guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to minimize losses.
• Lead, train, and develop branch employees and hold them accountable.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and support branch success.
