World Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to drive branch growth, improve portfolio performance, and profitability through loan production and tax services. You will lead a high-performing team, manage operations, and nurture customer relationships in a community-focused environment.

The role offers a compensation range of $39,500 to $50,000 plus performance-based bonuses, with earnings tied to branch performance and results.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.
At least one year of management experience or successful completion of management training program.

Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
