Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Sales Consultant with a customer-focused mindset to visit accounts, conduct consultative conversations, and grow revenue. You will leverage data insights, maintain CRM records, and build growth plans for each client while expanding base business through relationship-driven selling.

This role requires mobility, a valid license, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Able to analyze and understand data
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals
• Proficient with mobile devices and online communication
• Able to travel as needed
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Able to work in fast-paced, results-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts regularly to build relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a sales pipeline
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and meet objectives
• Maintain CRM records with visit plans and notes
• Present SGWS products effectively and propose selling solutions
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to meet objectives
• Attend sales meetings and on-site training as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
