Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to visit customers, conduct consultative selling, and grow revenue in the Fort Wayne market. You will develop growth plans for accounts, build a strong pipeline, and use CRM to document activities.

The role requires data-driven selling, product knowledge, and a willingness to travel. A valid driver's license and a customer-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to analyze data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and proposals.
• Proficient with mobile devices and professional online communication.
• Able to consistently achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to travel and maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and conduct consultative sales conversations.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities to drive incremental sales.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and growth.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities.
• Maintain CRM notes and visit plans for each account.
• Present SGWS products effectively to customers.
• Propose selling solutions to win sales.
• Collaborate with teams to meet objectives.
